SUPPORT — HOW DEEP CAN YOU FALL?
FREQUENTLY ASKED
- I bought The Deep but it's still locked.
Open the unlock screen (title screen → "THE DEEP", or dig to the hatch)
and tap RESTORE PURCHASE. Make sure you're signed into the same
Apple ID that made the purchase.
- New device or reinstalled the app?
Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not the device — RESTORE
PURCHASE brings it back for free. Best depth and gems are stored on the
device, so those start fresh after a reinstall.
- No sound?
Check the volume buttons — the game plays even with the ringer switch on
silent, but not if media volume is at zero.
- The game paused by itself.
That's intentional — Echo Dig freezes your run when a call arrives or you
switch apps, so you never come back to a dead miner. Tap anywhere to resume.
- What is Zen Mode?
A relaxed, deathless way to dig, included with The Deep unlock. Zen runs
don't count toward your best depth.
- How do I replay the intro?
Settings (gear icon on the title screen) → REPLAY INTRO.
