What does NextText do?
NextText helps you write replies and conversation openers from your keyboard. Paste or type the message, choose a tone like Flirty, Sweet, Witty, Chill, or Spicy, and get suggestions you can send or edit.
How do I enable the keyboard?
Open iPhone Settings, go to General, Keyboard, Keyboards, Add New Keyboard, then choose NextText. After adding it, turn on Full Access so the keyboard can connect to the NextText service and generate replies.
Why does the keyboard ask for Full Access?
NextText needs Full Access to send your typed or pasted text to the NextText backend and return AI-generated suggestions. Without Full Access, iOS blocks network access for third-party keyboards.
Does NextText send every message I type?
No. NextText only uses the text you paste, type, or submit inside the NextText keyboard to generate suggestions. You should always review suggestions before sending them.
What is Saved Context?
Saved Context is a small note you can add in the main NextText app. It helps replies feel more relevant. For example: “We were planning coffee after work. Keep the tone casual and warm.”
What is the difference between Reply and Reach Out?
Reply is for active chats when someone has already messaged you. Reach Out is for starting a conversation first, like with a coworker, classmate, dating app match, or someone you met recently.
What are the free and paid limits?
New users get a short Pro preview. After that, the free version has daily limits. NextText Pro unlocks unlimited replies, openers, and refreshes while your subscription is active.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the main NextText app, go to Pricing & Access, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID used for the original subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, choose NextText, and cancel from there.
How do refunds work?
All payments are processed by Apple. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s refund process.

Privacy

NextText is designed to be used only when you ask it for help. Text you submit for replies or openers may be processed by our backend and AI service to generate suggestions. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information.
