What videos can I use?
PostTube works with any public YouTube video that has captions or transcripts enabled. The video must not be private or age-restricted.
How many free generations do I get?
Every new user gets 3 free URL generations. No signup required, no credit card needed. This lets you test the full quality of PostTube before deciding to purchase.
What are the pricing options?
After your 3 free generations, you can choose:

Can I restore my purchases?
Yes! If you've purchased credits or a subscription, tap "Restore Purchases" in the paywall screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire and are tied to your device. Use them whenever you need them.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Why did my generation fail?
Common reasons:
• Video doesn't have captions/transcripts enabled

How do I get a refund?
All purchases are processed through the App Store. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. Include your order number and reason for the refund request.
Privacy
PostTube respects your privacy. We only track purchase history (managed by Apple) and device-based credit counts. We do not collect personal information, emails, or user accounts. Your YouTube URLs are processed via our secure backend and are not stored permanently.
